To Finalise The Initial Application Process

Step 1
Parents/Guardians must fill out the Application Form (here) and submit it to the Registrar’s office Application Form.

Step 2
An application fee is required that includes the placement interview for KG and Grades 1 and 2 and an entrance test for Grades 1 – 6 to help us to understand your child’s needs and starting point for learning. This payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Step 3
A non-refundable admission fee (Deposit) of 10% of the total school fees is required to secure your child’s seat at Bright Future Private School . This amount is non-refundable and is applied towards the first quarterly payment of the academic year.

Step 4
All the supporting documents listed in this Information Packet have to be submitted to the school registrar. Once a child’s seat is reserved it is the parent’s responsibility to provide all relevant supporting documentation to the school to complete the application process. Kindly refer to the next page for a Documents Checklist.
Document Checklist
- Completed and signed Initial Application Form
- Application Fee
- 4 Passport Photos – Please print student’s name clearly on the back of the photos
- Copy of student’s passport and residence visa
- Copy of each parent/guardian’s passport and residence visa
- Copy of student and parent/guardian’s Emirates ID – Front and back
- Copy of student’s birth certificate
- Copy of most recent school report, on school’s letterhead, signed and stamped (Grade 2 onward)
- Copy of any diagnostic test or educational assessment (if applicable)
- Any psychological assessments (if applicable)
