To Finalise The Initial Application Process


Parents/Guardians must fill out the Application Form (here) and submit it to the Registrar’s office.

Application Form


An application fee is required that includes the placement interview for KG and Grades 1 and 2 and an entrance test for Grades 3 – 6 to help us to understand your child’s needs and starting point for learning. This payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.


A non-refundable admission fee (Deposit) of 10% of the total school fees is required to secure your child’s seat at Bright Future Private School . This amount is non-refundable and is applied towards the first quarterly payment of the academic year.


All the supporting documents listed in this Information Packet have to be submitted to the school registrar.

Once a child’s seat is reserved it is the parent’s responsibility to provide all relevant supporting documentation to the school to complete the application process. Kindly refer to the next page for a Documents Checklist.

Document Checklist

Upon application, all the documents listed below need to be submitted to Bright Future Private School Registrar. All school records in a foreign language must be translated by an official agency and attested.

  • Completed and signed Initial Application Form
  • Application Fee
  • 4 Passport Photos – Please print student’s name clearly on the back of the photos
  • Copy of student’s passport and residence visa
  • Copy of each parent/guardian’s passport and residence visa
  • Copy of student and parent/guardian’s Emirates ID – Front and back
  • Copy of student’s birth certificate
  • Copy of most recent school report, on school’s letterhead, signed and stamped (Grade 2 onward)
  • Copy of any diagnostic test or educational assessment (if applicable)
  • Any psychological assessments (if applicable)
