Our Middle Leadership Team (MLT) plays a vital role in ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, and student wellbeing across the school. Acting as a bridge between senior leadership and classroom practice, the MLT works closely with teachers, students, and parents to turn our school vision into everyday reality.
Members of the MLT lead key areas such as subject departments, year groups, pastoral care, and curriculum development. They support and guide teaching
teams, monitor student progress, promote consistent standards, and help implement school policies and improvement initiatives effectively.
Through collaboration, mentoring, and reflective practice, the Middle Leadership Team ensures that every child receives high-quality learning experiences, targeted support where needed, and a safe, nurturing environment in which they can thrive. Their leadership is essential in driving continuous improvement and supporting our commitment to Enter to Learn… Leave to Lead.
