Our Primary Teachers play a central role in nurturing, guiding, and inspiring students during their early and formative years at school. From KG1 to Grade 4, students are supported by dedicated homeroom teachers who teach the majority of subjects, building strong relationships and ensuring continuity in learning and care.
This homeroom model allows teachers to know each child well, closely monitor academic progress and wellbeing, and provide consistent support tailored to individual needs. Specialist and Ministry of Education subjects are delivered by qualified subject teachers, working in partnership with homeroom staff to ensure a balanced and well-rounded curriculum.
As students progress into Key Stage 3, they are gradually prepared for greater independence through a transition to subject-specific teachers, supporting deeper learning, subject expertise, and readiness for the next stage of education. Through strong teaching practice, collaboration, and a commitment to student wellbeing, our teachers ensure high standards of learning while maintaining a caring, supportive environment for every child.
