Role : Senior Leader of Safeguarding and Pastoral Care

Qualification : Proven leadership experience in a British curriculum school

Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience in a British curriculum school.
• Strong experience in safeguarding, pastoral care, behaviour, wellbeing, or attendance.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong understanding of child protection and student welfare.
• Ability to use data and evidence to drive school-wide improvement.
• Experience in whole-school safeguarding and pastoral care.
• Ability to take responsibility as the school’s Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL).
