The Junior Leadership Team is a group of student leaders who take on specific roles and responsibilities within the school. Guided by staff, JLT members represent the student voice, support school values, and help make Bright Future School a positive, inclusive, and inspiring place for everyone.

To ensure all students can contribute in meaningful ways, the Junior Leadership Team is made up of several focused groups
Supports school assemblies and events by leading prayers and reflections, helping to promote respect, values, and spiritual development.
Promotes environmental awareness and sustainability across the school through initiatives such as recycling, reducing waste, and caring for the school environment.
Supports positive behaviour around the school, helps younger students, and assists staff during transitions, events, and daily routines.
Helps plan and support school assemblies, including presentations, performances, and sharing key messages with the school community.
Encourages physical activity, teamwork, and sportsmanship by supporting sports events, activities, and healthy lifestyles.
Assists in planning and organising school events, celebrations, and special days, helping to create memorable experiences for students and families.
Represent their class by sharing ideas, concerns, and feedback, helping to ensure that all student voices are heard.
The Head Boy and Head Girl are selected from the JLT to represent the school, support leadership initiatives, assist in assemblies and events, and promote a positive school culture.
Through the Junior Leadership Team, students learn that leadership is about responsibility, teamwork, and making a positive difference. The JLT plays a key role in building confidence, character, and a strong sense of belonging within our school community
