Our admissions process is designed to be clear, supportive, and family-focused, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both parents and students. We welcome applications throughout the academic year, subject to availability, and we are happy to guide families at every stage of the process.
Families are encouraged to visit the school to meet us, explore our facilities and understand our curriculum.
The next step is an age-appropriate assessment to review each child’s academic abilities. For Grade 1 and above, this includes an entrance exam and interview. A fee of 100 AED applies.
Successful applicants will receive an offer of a seat outlining next steps, including registration and fee details.
Successful applicants complete the registration process by submitting required documents, filling out the enrolment file, and paying the seat reservation fee. The current term’s instalment is collected when applicable.
Upon application, all the documents listed below need to be submitted to Bright Future Private School Registrar. All school records in a foreign language must be translated by an official agency and attested.
We welcome children from age four, in line with our Early Years provision. Year group placement follows KHDA admissions age guidelines and is based on a child’s age at the start of the academic year.
Parents are encouraged to refer to the Admissions Age Ranges table to confirm the most appropriate year group for their child. The table reflects admissions for the 2026–2027 Academic Year.
