Lifetime Sibling Discounts

Families eligible for the scheme will continue to receive the incentive for the lifetime of their journey with Bright Future School. The discount is as follows:

This scheme is valid at Bright Future School Ajman and for the lifetime of your family’s journey at our campus. The discounts are applied to the youngest child in the school. All invoices will be adjusted according. The discount will be applied as part of Term 2 invoice.

Other Fees
  1. Assessment Fee: AED 100 per application. This fee is non-refundable and not deductible from tuition fees.
  2. Seat Reservation Fee: AED 500, non-refundable, payable upon acceptance of an offer. The amount is deducted from the annual tuition fee upon joining.
  3. Graduation Fee: Applicable for students in selected classes completing their final year of the phase.
  4. Trips: Charges apply for planned trips and excursions.
  5. Extracurricular Activities (ECAs): Certain activities may incur additional costs.
Understanding our fees and policies

Tuition Fees and Payment Schedule

Tuition fees can be paid in full at the start of the academic year or in three instalments:

  1. 40% in the First Term.
  2. 30% in the Second Term.
  3. 30% in the Third Term.

Tuition fee is separate from uniform and learning resource costs.
Learning resources, uniform and transport (if applicable) must be paid with the first
instalment.

Refund Policy

  1. Attendance two weeks or less, one month fee to be paid.
  2. Attendance two weeks to one month, two months fee to be paid.
  3. Attendance more than one month, full term fee to be paid.
  4. All discounts availed will be revoked if discounted between the academic year.

Payment Method

  1. Reservation fee of 500 AED + 3 Post Dated Cheques. The reservation fee is non-refundable.
  2. The reservation fee will be deducted from the Tuition fee.
  3. Bounced cheques and late fee payments will be charged an additional 100 AED per week.

Fee Policy Notice

  1. All information regarding tuition fees, payment schedules, deposits, discounts, and refunds reflects the school’s standard policy.
  2. Policies may be adjusted at the school’s discretion.

Remarks

(1) Your child’s name and Student Number MUST be mentioned as remittance advice**

(2) Any bank charges incurred, must be paid by you – the school is not responsible for such charges and will not be able to process your application unless the full Registration Fee is received.

**Please note that if this information is omitted, our accounts department will NOT be able to allocate or track your payment and it will delay the application process.

Please note that, regardless of the mode of payment, we will require the Student Number in order to allocate the Registration Fee to your application. Please ensure that you provide us with the Student Number at the time of payment of the Registration Fee, whether in person or by bank transfer. Subject to us having availability in the year group for which you have applied, our Admissions department will contact you at the relevant time to discuss the next stage of the application process.

Once we have received and allocated the Registration Fee, our Admissions department will contact you to discuss your application further. If you have not heard from us within 1 week of paying the Registration Fee, please contact Admissions to ensure that your payment has been allocated to your application.

Please be aware that if we have not received the Registration Fee within 30 days of the Application Form having been submitted, your application will be removed from our system and you will need to re-apply.
